Anyone else catching TMBG at the Handlebar on Oct. 30th? I'm going with a bunch of friends and guys from my band. It should be really fun.

I'm going, and a bunch of folks I work with (at Eastside guitars). TMBG have always been one of my favorite bands, but I've never seen them live, so I'm really looking forward to it.

I was shocked they were coming to the Handlebar. My best friend about killed me because she swore I was joking. I had to show her the website before she believed me. I got my tickets the other day, so I'm happy. Oppenheimer, the opening act, doesn't sound bad either. I'm looking forward to their set as well.

Yeah, it was great. I especially enjoyed their last song, fingertips. Top notch. It was worth the price of admission to hear Istanbul live and with that lovely guitar intro. I was in second heaven.
